If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our tree care or shrub maintenance services, please contact Artoaglow within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make appropriate adjustments.
Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Artoaglow will work with customers to resolve any service-related issues to their satisfaction.
